All sales are final, and we do not issues refunds for change of mind. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment of product. Refer to the 'Damage and issues' section below.
Cancelling and Changing Orders
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing an order to ask for a cancellation. Please send us an e-mail to support@platinumfive.shop if you want to modify or cancel your order.
Pre-orders may be cancelled anytime as long as the pre-order window of that product is open. After the pre-order window closes, no cancellations or changes to the order will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception to check for any issues. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order please contact us at support@platinumfive.shop with the order number and a photo showing the problem, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any exchange or refund should be requested within 48 hours of the delivery date of the product.
For damaged items we generally offer a replacement or refund. For specific cases, a partial refund might be also possible.
