What are the shipping times?
Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia and will arrive to most international destinations within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order.
My country isn't eligible for shipping
If you would like to place an order from a country outside the countries we ship to - send us an email and we will see what we can do: support@platinumfive.shop
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final and are non-refundable. If you have a damaged product, you may be eligible for a reshipment or refund. Refer to our Returns policy page for more information.
